Since joining Rochen I have never had cause for complaint. Their service second to none. I have asked silly questions which on reflection I should have known the answers already - they responded professionally and extremely fast. I would challenge anybody in the IT industry to direct me towards a faster better support service. Well done Rochen - keep up the good work
