Like many people, I found Rochen via the Joomla community.

I was also like others, making the step from helping people out with their websites to actually hosting sites for them - and charging for it!

As a person new to hosting, moving to Rochen marked a bit of a jump for me.

I'm delighted by their support and patience. A great example was last night (Christmas Day). While the family settled down in front of some mindless comedy on TV - I thought I'd fiddle with a clients test-site. It all ended badly and I had a site full of jscript errors.

At 10pm on Christmas Day - my support ticket was responded to in 3mins!!

Within the hour my site was back up and running after restoring the deleted folders though ROCHEN VAULT.

Excellent support systems in place - Rochen Vault really does allow you to roll back your site with a couple of clicks!!
