This morning while I was working on a subdomain, I deleted my entire public_html folder, thus killing my entire site.
Although I saved a backup, it lacked all my new material that I created in the last couple days. I of course started a Vault restore of that folder. However, this was taking time and I was already receiving phone calls about the site.
With a quick ticket to the Rochen Techs, they where able to do a quick side step and restore my folder faster then the vault could. I know I was lucky in this instance, but I want to again give a big THANK YOU to Martin and the rest of the crew for stepping up with a solution.
I've been with other hosting companies that would have simply told me, "Tough luck" and deleted the ticket.
Rochen is tops in my book.
