I have used several other Hosting Companies and none of them even comes close to Rochen for customer service.
If I have a problem they are there alongside me and help me to resolve it, even if it is my error they guide me along to a resolution with great patience.
I would recommend Rochen to anyone who wants great hosting and excellent support at a sensible price.
