** Warning ** I am not a paid actor.

My story seems to be the same as everyone else's here - after suffering through a variety of "hosting" companies (GoDaddy, 1&1, liquidweb, local chop shops, etc), I stumbled upon Rochen. Hey, they are an official hosting company for Joomla.org - can't be that bad.

Well, I have always thought that Rackspace was the pinnacle of customer support in the hosting world, but you pay the price to get them. Rackspace can easily learn a thing, or two, or dozen from Rochen.

Being the newbie that I am, I accidently deleted all of the files in my public_html directory, which contained 4 sites. I submitted a new support ticket to have the files restored, and switched over to Yahoo messenger to lament to my buddy about what I have done. I didn't get a chance. Brad responded that everything was restored from last nights backup in 5 minutes. 5 MINUTES!!

After checking the restore, I found another problem (not with the restore, but with what I did - I added the 3 additional sites on the same day I deleted the files, so they weren't in backups, and I couldn't add them back on). So I submitted another ticket, and sure enough - 5 minutes later, Brad responded that it will be fixed in 2 minutes. 3 minutes later everything was fixed and back to normal.
