I've been with Rochen for a few months now and the high quality of service just keeps on coming. A ticket with the lowest priority was resolved within half an hour yesterday.
Not only that, but the community of Rochen customers have helped me through many PHP/MySQL coding problems.
The exponential growth of Rochen could have been its death, but they seem to have kept up the high standards, and show no signs of slowing down.
Hats off to everyone, and if you haven't made the switch yet, well, it's your loss...
