Server Location and things

Hi,

I think I know the answer to some of these, but I'm hoping you can clarify them for me :)

Are all your servers in the same DC?
Can we get a "backup" site elsewhere with you if they are?
Do you forsee overselling being allowed for the forseeable future?
I have a specific WHM account I'd ike to bring over, plus 2 others I'd like to move. Can you assist with transfers?
Do you offer dedicated servers if growth contiues?

All servers are at the NAC data centre, with the exception of our own main server which is hosted at BurstNET, so if NAC have an outage clients can still get in contact with us.

You can by all means request another WHM account on a different server for redundancy. However, it will still be in the NAC data center.

We have no intentions to disallow this. If resellers wish to oversell bandwidth or not, that's a personal choice for them and what best suites their business model. We shall leave this up to you, you know your business best :thumbs:

Transfering sites isn't part of our service unfortunetly. It simply consumes too much support time. Sorry :(

Yes, we offer Fully Managed Dedicated Servers starting from $399.95 per month + $199.95 setup fee. We can move all your sites off a reseller plan to a dedicated server :)

We have PM disabled on the boards, unless you're a customer. It stops bots etc. registering and spamming our customers :D
