Being customer of Rochen almost 5 years, I thought that itīs time to write my first testimonial. :)
Rochen has been wonderful during these years, in the first year server and software had some little occuring problems (spamassasin etc.) but after that nothing really to write about.
Customer support has always been Rochenīs one of the best asset. Support is extremely fast and prompt and highly professional. Could not ask much more. Customers can put up to some point faulty hard drives, buggy softwares but not bad customer support. I really donīt understand how so many hosting companies doesnīt understand the importance of customer service.
Having also managed dedicated server here in Finland, I can honestly say that Rochenīs support is as good as in my 2000 USD per month dedicated hosting. :-) Especially considering that you pay around 10-30 USD per month for shared webhosting. You almost feel like you are the only customer in Rochen as the support is always so prompt. Feels like they are so eagerly just waiting for your next support ticket that they almost get disappointed if nothing comes for few days or weeks. :D
Rochen has always been very careful about security issues, which is not case in many service providers. Furthermore, Rochen always developes and improves their service to higher level. (for example Vault, luckily I havenīt needed it - at least not yet)
