I recently had a problem with a site I was developing. I asked around on several forums - all to no avail. In desperation I raised a ticket to the Rochen support team.
Although it was beyond their usual remit - they took the time to look, and had the knowledge in-house to fix a problem which was fairly obscure.
Once again I'm astounding with the effort that Rochen put into supporting their customers - often beyond the scope of what they're responsible for. Even more importantly, I'm impressed with the knowledge and skill of the Rochen staff. It makes me feel my business is in the right place!:bounce:
