I just thought I'd drop by to say thanks to the support team at Rochen.

We are approaching the anniversary of our second year in business, and we have hosted with Rochen since (almost) the beginning.

We have had problems in the past before we moved to Rochen, we're a small team so it's vital to us to have confidence in our hosting partner.

Whenever we've had a problem, they've always gone beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue, even when it's not their fault (which it usually never is).

I had a client today complaining that his ISP was banning him from viewing his site. I couldn't figure out what was going on by myself, so I got in touch with Rochen and the support team worked with me all day until the issue was resolved.

I'm left with one very happy client, one very happy business partner, and a hosting solution I have absolute confidence in.

Thanks again Rochen, I'd recommend you to anyone.
