Hello, I'm extremely interested in purchasing a Reseller account. My current web host provider account expires on June 10. If I purchase an account now then I assume I will have a dedicated IP to upload and test everything prior to the DNS switchover to your nameservers?

Actually, we use name-based routing. You would be able to access your account at:

www.someserver.com/~username/

The actual server name will be different depending on where they put your account.

In the case of a Reseller Account, you are given 2 IPs. One that serves as your main site's IP and NS1 name server and other that serves as your NS2 name server and the IP that your client sites will be setup on.

Cool, thanks for the info. Do you support Real Audio or QuickTime? I'm a musician who wants to upload music examples and provide the same for potential clients. Looking forward to doing business with y'all.

Nope, these are far too resource intensive for a shared hosting environment.
