After 3 weeks at Rochen I couldn't be more happier. So if you're thinking of joining up here is a few things to consider;

Firstly, my old site hosted in the UK took 22 seconds to load (on a good day) whilst at Rochen it only takes 3.6 seconds (yep, the same site).
Technical support is totally on the ball and i mean it is technical SUPPORT and not some snotty nosed kid who thinks you're a moron when things don't go right. They actually help!
Price wise, some seem to whinge that Rochen is expensive. Well they actually cost me less than my last "performance" host (checkout my first point) roughly about half the price for less than 1/4 of the load time. I'd say thats value for money!

So if you want a hosting package that works and works right, you won't do better than Rochen. I give them a 12 out of 10, so don't waste your time anywhere else

I also did a speed test from my last host to here, and Rochen were twice as fast. However, in my case Rochen are also twice as expensive. But that's ok. That's worth it.

I've also experienced the fastest support I think I've had so far. Sent an email to sales, looked in my sent box to check it had sent (I'm paranoid like that), went back to my inbox and there was the reply from Chris (and more than 1 line). I am suspicious that maybe they employ robots who pretend to be the company CEO. Although would that be classed as outsourcing.....?

Can't complain about any of that though, can you?

I think in the "Hosting World" talk is cheap. With claims of "fast servers" etc etc. It's just a pity you can't test before you buy but then again if that was the case Rochen would be swamped.. lol

If Chris responded I can pretty safely say its not a bot. I sent a technical support question in last week (yes i stuffed something up... again) and low and behold Chris responded and told me how to fix it. So I call that hands on management!
