After a total Noob disaster - deleted all of my web files... my site was GONE!
Rochen's tech help came to the rescue and helped restore EVERYTHING!
When Rochen advertises back-ups, they mean it!
Service response was lightning fast and professional, they didn't make me feel like a moron for deleting my site... didn't even ask how I managed to do it. I appreciated that - I was embarrassed enough.
Nothing better could be said about Rochen web hosting, other than they are tip-top!
