Hello,
I am planning on purchasing the lowest reseller plan. If one of my clients needs tech support will they get tech support from you or do i have to provide it? Do they access it through a link in their control panel which does ot let them know they are not contacting my staff or myself?
Thanks much,
Chris

The reseller plans are completely private label. You will provide the technical support for your customers. There aren’t any links in the control panel for technical support. However, you should inform your customers that they contact your for support in a welcome email or something similar.

Thanks for that very quick reply (it affects my decision) Why would someone want to get the multi domain hosting plan 4 versus the reseller package plan 1? Would the main difference be the provided technical support? Also would I control installing frontpage extension (if needed) and such on indivisual accounts or are there scripts for that sort of thing? I really like what I have see so far!

We don’t provide tech support to any user apart from the direct client of us, which would be you. The Multiple Domain Hosting plans don’t allow you to host Unlimited Domains and they don’t provide personalized name servers, the Reseller Hosting plans do.
The Multiple Domain Hosting plans are designed for an end user who is looking to host more than one website. The Reseller Hosting plans are designed for someone who is looking to start their own hosting venture or sell hosting on to others for a mark-up price.
The Reseller Hosting plans also allow you to add domains yourself via a control panel, with the Multiple Domain Hosting plans, you would need to contact us for each domain you would like added.

I signed up for my account yesterday. I signed up using a domain that I currently have hosted elsewhere. Will that be a problem?

Hello again,
I signed up a few days ago but I have not gotten a welcome letter yet. Do you know what the status of my account is at this time?
Thanks,
Chris

It must have gotten blocked by my companies anti spam software. Could you please resend the account information to chris@gutzmerwebdesign.com? I tried to PM you but I got an error that I did not have rights. Let me know if I need to do something different to get that resent to another account. I know this is probably not the right place for this but I dont have access to the other forums.
Thanks again,
Chris

Email sent
Yes, PM is disabled for non-customers. It stops people coming here and spamming our member-base :)
