..they had surpassed my expectations and I don't think I want to go anywhere else to host my websites.

I was 'scared' to transfer an addon joomla domain to its own account with cPanel and Dinesh Mistry did it for me out of their normal service. It was done promptly and efficiently. I just cannot have enough praises for the support that I am getting.

Simply excellent beyond words :)

I'm actually laughing out loud :laughing:after running a support ticket with Rochen. This week has been crazy--- I have to wear about 7-8 different hats on any given day due to part of a small upstart company. I can't keep up with every change in technology and every program I have to manage.

But Rochen has been fast, friendly and knowledgeable every time. I just went through an issue with Adam's support, for example. Usually I'm concerned that I'm not able to communicate with the proper tech language, yet Adam was seemingly answering my questions before I even pressed the 'Send' button!
