To anyone out there trying to decide what to do...
Customer and technical support are crucial for any hosting platform and I must say Rochen is by far the best I've dealt with.
Friendly, timely responses are the standard with most issues resolved in the blink of an eye.
Personally speaking the problem that was causing me so much aggro turned out to be a hardware issue at my end but the Rochen support staff were completely supportive and helpful throughout the whole process, never waving a 'Not our problem' response at me and helping with everything they could.
Thanks guys, you were great.
I would totally recommend this platform to anyone considering it.
