Rochen sets the bar high

I just wanted to say that Rochen has exceeded my expectations time and time again. My level of web design knowledge is basically none, and when I had issues getting my site up, their response was informative and very prompt.

Am moving a client site from another host to Rochen ... it has no capacity to compress/backup files for moving ... I asked for them to compress all the files in the web directory and leave the file for me to access via FTP.

28 days and no response from their Support team. And they wondered why I was a bit terse today :mad:

All my support requests from Rochen have been answered within 10 minutes regardless of the time of the request. :)
