I'm new to all this, so please bare with me right now... I have two pressing questions first...

Okay, first, with the reseller plan (#1), will I be offering potential clients a domain and hosting (on your server) or will I just be offering a domain name (and they find their own host)? Secondly, do I have to have a domain already registered when buying a reseller plan?

We don't provide domain registration services, you would need to provide your own domains. As for your customers, you would provide the hosting service :)
