Some pre-sales questions

Hi, thinking about signing up for an account soon as my current hosting account elsewhere will end soon. I've seen some great recommendations from users on DSLReports.com about Rochen.

I just have 2 quick questions, first, is there any discount if you pre-pay for one year? I would be interested in the plan 1 account.

Also, is the module "image magick" already installed on the servers? I would need to have that installed to use with Moveable Type.

There isnt any yearly plan. We can only pay by month. As for image magick, Im pretty sure its installed already since Ive setup Moveabletype a few weeks ago. Not sure though :-/

Is there a faq/knowlege base section somewhere on the site for questions?

Also, when you sign up are you able to access the site by ip address, so it can be used before the domain name propogates??

We don’t offer yearly billing contracts, for three reasons. Firstly, if you wish to cancel your account with us, you aren’t locked in for long periods. Secondly, if you wish to upgrade your account to a higher plan, it can be done a lot easier. Finally, it keep our accounting simple and we can predict our available cash reserves and cash flow more efficiently.

Yes, ImageMagick is installed on all our servers.

Yes, we have a complete Knowledge Base system with extensive documentation. It's located within the 'Customer Restricted' area of this forum.

You will be able to access your site in the form of http://servername.directrouter.com/~youaccountusername until you update your DNS settings.
