I am having no joy in registering for your forums. I got my user and activation but still having no luck. In the mail from Rochen it said if I was having problems to mail them. Guess what I got an autoresponder telling me to post my response in a forum.
Just about to transfer 2 sites to Rochen because of poor response from my current host but not sure now

If you're a registered user. You can do it from within your own cpanel.

However, if you e-mail me your username I'll have you added to the customer group.
