I'm considering moving several web sites to Rochen, but I have a question about your AUP.
One of the sites publishes internet censorship information. This necessarily requires occasional links to obscene material, racist or "hacking" web sites - though it doesn't endorse any of these things. All the material on the site is perfectly legal under US law, and it doesn't include any pornography or adult material other than occasional course language. It certainly doesn't have the high resource requirements or legal risks usually associated with porn or warez sites.
Even so, it would appear to violate, or at least push the boundaries of, your AUP - specifically the clauses about links to hacking information and abusive material.
Would such a site be considered acceptable under your terms of service?
If necessary, would Rochen be willing to adjust the AUP, or make a gentleman's (or ladies') agreement that the site in question (which you're welcome to look at) is acceptable?
