Hi, we currently have an account with another provider that keeps going down (IMHOSTED) at least once every other day and we're continually sending in support tickets. Even though they get us up within 5-15 minutes we should never be experiencing that much website downtime.

1)How can you guarantee that if we tranfer all of our clients over we won't experience the same thing?
2)Would the tranfer primarily entail us pointing our Two DNS NameServers to your servers from our registrar and obviously setting up all the new accounts on the whm etc.
3)Would our customers notice a change in service besides the 24-72 hour propagation/downtime?

Thanx Alex

1) No guarantee's - read the AUP. However all Rochen servers are monitored remotely. You can see a list of their public servers here : http://status.rochen.com and can click on a server to get uptime stats. Some of the downtime recently have been caused by issues at the datacentre etc. Rochen servers are hardly ever down, and if they are are usually up within minutes... Just read all the happy customer testimonials.
2)You are correct! But you will be able to set it all up even before the dns propagates.
3) If you do it all correct, there should be no downtime at all!!

I think Brad has covered everything here :)

As Brad said, we don't make any uptime guarantees. However, we do maintain our uptime to a high level. Our uptime has never dropped below 99% in the 3 years we have been in business, we normally have very close to 100% uptime and most importantly we provide you with honest, no fluff communication when things do happen.

If you have any further questions you would like answered, please let me know :)
