I've been using Rochen to run my message board since about May and I have to say my experience with them has been more the pleasurable.Rochen has got to be the most awesome host in the world. I'd have to say the best part of Rochen is the great customer service. When I run into problems,which is rare, I submit a help ticket and they answer in a matter of minutes. Now that's service! :)
