With Rochen since January 2003

I have been with Rochen since January 2003. Originally I started with the smallest package Rochen offered.
I was so impressed that I upgraded my account to bring all of my websites to Rochen.
In the months that followed I have been very happy, my sites were down long enough for me to notice only twice. Not for very long, but when your sites are down you start to panic. Regardless of the fact Rochen was on top of it immediately, they posted what was known about the issue and if they knew when all would be better.

Like many other Rochen customers I came from many other hosts.:crying:
I will stick with Rochen for as long as they continue their current practice of taking care of the customer.

It has now been over 3 years with Rochen. Stop looking, this is the host you have been searching for. Rochen was relatively small when I first started with them, the customer service was the best in the industry. As they grow the customer service grows with them, never forgetting where they started and how they got here.
