I would just like to say "Thanks" to the Rochen support team for their recent help.
I was having an issue sending out email from my domain. The first thing I did was to call my ISP to see if they had started blocking the ability to send email from another domain. They claimed not to block any domain from sending mail, so my next step was to send in a support ticket.
Support checked out my server and reported back no problem, and suggested it may be an ISP issue.
Now they could have just left it at that, but when I insisted that my ISP was innocent they walked me through some testing of my ISP which revealed my ISP WAS the problem. Then they even helped me get around this issue by helping me tweat my email client so I could send email again.
After that of course, the ticket was closed so there is no way for me to thank them. So I'm doing that through this forum. Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty! :D
