WOW for the service, support, staff

Rochen is the best hosting service I have came across since March 1, 2002 and any and all information and support they provide here on this forum is absolutely 100% priceless, the staff simply works with the customers so they can have more uptime then downtime, and uptime has been excellent, as for downtime almost non existant and its always scheduled and announced, a added feature its all posted here on the forum when there is any type of maintenance to be done or problems with the servers, lastly, is when you do run into problems the staff gets it taken care of as soon as they possibly can (this has been my experience).

As for the subject line in no particular order - its equal.

I would have to agree. I'm a new customer here (2 months), but in the time I've been as customer, the entire Rochen staff has been friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. The best part is that they are fast about getting back to customers.

I remember when I was contemplating moving my sites to Rochen, I read these testimonials and thought: These guys can't be this good. But hey, they've got a 2 week money back guarantee. Worst case scenario, I'll just leave...

I guess some things really are as good as advertised. Overall, my experience here has been fantastic. Much better than at my old service at Yahoo (whose hosting is reliable, but customer support is kind of crappy).

Oh yeah, one last thing: The load times here are FAST.

You gotta respect people who take pride in their work and good reputation. Rochen Rocks.

I've been with Rochen one year this month(June), and I feel same as when I wrote the first testimonial.

There was a time it wasn't going well and since I've been with Rochen things get done ASAP.

All I have say in conculsion for this update is I am real satsified to this day with Rochen, wont go anywhere else.
