ASP scripted files

I need to know if I can get the following on your windows server?

1) Run ASP scripts
2) Allows me to set ASP scripts to write to a file
3) Allows me to set permissions (read,write,execute) on files and folders

I am trying to get a simple asp script to run on my present server and I am having problems getting the permissions changed.

Sorry, we don't currently have any support for Windows hosting available. We do however have full support for both Linux Multiple Domain and Linux Reseller, however they don't support ASP :)
