The best I've Ever come across!

I've been with Rochen since October.
I can honestly say that I have never come across a more helpfull and dedicated Hosting service.
The have been on the ball since day one, going out of their way to help, and the other customers on these forums have also been extremely good about offering advice and tips to other customers.
They certainly win hands down in my book.:)

Well, since I'm actually just leaving Rochen at this point, I thought I'd bring this up to date.

I'm not leaving Rochen to go elsewhere. I'm leaving because I'm not going to be running the site I was anymore:(

My time here at Rochen has been great.
The Customer Support has been outstanding, a long way in front of anything else I've experienced on the net, and better than most from any walk of life.

In addition, the other Rochen Customers on the forum, have been a surprisingly helpfully and friendly group of people. It's unusual in my experience, to come across so many people who are willing to help and offer advice so freely.
It's been a pleasure to meet them all, and hopefully some day I'll be in a position to rejoin.
