Tom helped me with a database transfer last night. It worked without a hitch. By far the best service I've ever received from a hosting company.
He was helping me move my database for my discussion forum at:
http://www.rotaryforum.com/
The forum was previously hosted at Globat, where the service is non-existent and the server speeds are horrible. I left an account there that is prepaid for another 10 months to move over here. I've tried working with Globat for over a month and they are completely unresponsive and their servers just got slower and slower.
I couldn't be happier here with the speed and service I've received from Rochen so far and in particular Tom for going the extra mile.
