Just signed up and am still moving everything over. But so far it's all good. haven't needed tech support very much but when I have they've answered quickly. And more importantly they've helped.

Speeds great and my site seems more stable. What more can you ask for? I'll update this message in a month and let all you good folks know if I'm still a happy camper. :)

ok, so it hasn't been a month. I just wanted to say even the dns transition went smooth. :)

Now personally I really hate those folks that post on these message boards gushing about how good this is or how good that is. But so far I'm really happy with Rochen. And I'm not an easy person to please.

I know it's only been a week without any problems but that's longer than my last host. By about a week. And my only support tickets were standard setting up my site questions. And don't take this the wrong way Chris but I really don't want to get to know you. At least not thru support tickets. ;)

Well allrighty then, one month. Things are still good. I still don't know anyone at tech support which is a good thing. :) No emails form ping a link, which is very good since they only email me when the site is down. A little downtime last nite but it wasn't Rochen's fault. And everything is running fine now.
