I've been with Rochen for a couple of weeks now and am so far pretty pleased.
My last hosting company were a shower - they would only answer questions when they felt like it. Because I was using their proprietary CMS/Membership site software I felt beholden to them. Plus I didn't want to invest the time to research and learn a new system. But they were so dreadful, that in the end I was forced to go elsewhere. Along came Mambo (which I absolutely love so far) and a recommendation to come to Rochen for Mambo-friendly hosting.
Well done guys - all my questions and queries have been answered in double quick time and Brad was very helpful getting Mambo set up. I've also noticed that my site loads faster and email downloads more quickly than it did at my old hosts (even AFTER they moved me to their "fast" server).
One side effect of this is that I finally have a hosting company that I can feel happy bringing my webdesign clients to, and this has given my added confidence in the potential of my business.
If Rochen keep it up, then I will be one happy bunny!
