Hello All,
I was a little skeptical at first. I had heard nothing but good things about Rochen, but you know.. that seemed to happen the same way on the last 3 servers I had used.
I put Rochen through the ringer for the first few days. I had lots of questions, mostly because I don't know what I'm doing and partly because I had some screwed up domains which were held by Verisign.
BTW, Don't ever sign up anything with Verisign, 411Direct or Network Solutions (they're all parent/child companies), cause they are almost impossible to work with.
Anyway, Rochen helped... and helped some more.. over and over. Every time I came up with a new question, I got super fast answers. After I signed up, this excellent support continued. It's been over a month now. I've moved 3 sites to Rochen and set up 4 more on their Reseller Plan. Their service/support has been as good as anything I can imagine!
Every time I ask, Rochen provides expert help, advise, hints, tips and conversation. The speed of their servers is simply incredible!
If you're not using Rochen yet, do it. You'll be glad you did!
