I had an intricate, perhaps complicated, task that needed to be performed and I knew the highly skilled, professional, and stellar Rochen staff would be able to handle that. Little did I know how in awe of their performance I would be.
I own warhammerforum.com but had to switch over to wargamingforums.com as part of a growth spurt for my online Miniatures & Tabletop Gaming Forums (the Chromiates Wargaming Forums) organization. I required all the content from warhammerforum.com to be transferred to wargamingforums.com.
I needed wargamingforums.com to be added to the domains that are covered by my hosting plan. I needed it to get the exact ammount of space and bandwidth that warhammerforum.com had. Then, I needed warhammerforum.com to be given x space and bandwidth.
I needed Rochen to work with my forum hosting corporation, Boardnation LLC. (who, oddly enough, I work for) to ensure that my forums would point to a new, correct, IP address. I needed this to happen swiftly, without a hitch, without problems, as fast as they could do it.
I made the request right before the holidays eventhough Rochen was working with a diminished staff. This switcheroo required a lot of arranging, rearranging, and fitting pieces into specific slots.
After conferring with several staff members, the support spe******t assigned to me (you special guy you) worked in conjunction with key Rochen staff to effect the transition. From start to finish of the switcheroo Rochen staff took less than 11 minutes for the change to be effected.
Throughout the process I've been nothing but impressed by the skill, character, knowledge, and proficiency the Rochen staff has. Downtime, of my forum, for the entire transition lasted under 24 hours due to circumstances not entirely under Rochen's control.
The wonderful and intelligent Rochen staff have always been a joy to deal with in the past no matter what issue or complication they tackle on my behalf. This highly sensitive and important switcheroo is their crowning glory and I strongly commend them.
