Just seen Chris's edited post on WHT. Thought I'd let you know that I was having another look at your operation here.

As I said over there, Chris suggested I try my present host, who is great, but now I am looking for an additional account I feel the least I can do is look at Rochen host again.

Can you just outline the UK/USA think - is there any differences I should be aware of please?

Hi Jon,

Good to see you on our forums :)

Basically the only difference between the UK and US is, that with the UK you pay in UK Pounds (GBP) and with the US you pay in US Dollars (USD). Currently we don't have the UK site setup to accept order for our reseller plans. So they need to be placed on the US site via PaySystems.com.

Am I right in thinking the Multiple domain accounts are CPanel only, whilst the domain reseller are WHM/CPanel?

I'll trawl through these forums now before I ask too many more questions :)

Yes, the multiple domain plans don't include WHM. The Reseller Plans include WHM/CPanel etc. and are like the plan you currently have with Bob :)

Again, feel free to ask any questions, that's very important when choosing a host IMO :cool:
