I have been a customer since Oct 2004.

Already posted in a thread of pre-sales questions, but I think it bears repeating:

To add to that, it seems like no question is too trivial or (for lack of a better word) stupid for Rochen to take your question seriously and put some thought into answering it. To me that shows that there is a very high level of respect being shown by Rochen towards their customers. That is hard to find in the webhosting world.

Thanks to the entire staff of Rochen. I am so glad I found you. :)

Edit: I forgot to add: The community here is second to none when it comes to giving a helping hand, holding your hand through technical issues ;) , making you laugh, pointing out something you never would have seen, and informing you of things you never would have known. The community here is wonderful, so I want to thank you all too.
