Well Ok then, a couple of them.
1. Do you offer Domain registration, and if so, what domains(.com/.co.uk/.net/etc) and what price is it?
2. Are you still offering free YABBSE install?

Thanks for posting on our forums

We can register .com/.net/.org domains for $20/per year. You don't however have to register your domain with us to use our service. You can also point an existing domain name to our name servers.
2. Are you still offering free YABBSE install?
Yes, we can install this completely free of charge, simply drop in a support ticket after signup and we can have this sorted out for you.
If you have any further questions you would like to run by us, please let me know and we will happily assist you.
Have a good evening :)

Just noticed you were from the UK. If you order through our UK site domain names (com/net/org) cost £15/per year. However as I said in my last message, you don't need to register it with us :)

You know, I have absolutely no idea how I would go about pointing an existing domain name to your server.

Don't worry - we can help you along with this, unless you want to register a new domain of course. First off is it a co/org.uk domain? or .com/net/org? :)

Initially I would have a couple of .net domains, with a .co.uk domain to transfer over once the current hosting package runs out.

Well the .net domain is probably fairly simple to move (depending on the domain registrar). Basically to move the net domain you would have to login to the control panel provided by the domain registrar and look for "Name Servers" or "DNS Entries", you should see "ns1.somthing.com, ns2.somthing.com" all you would be required to do is replace the NS1/NS2 with ns1.rochenhost.com and ns2.rochenhost.com. If the domain registrar doesn't have a control panel to do this, then send them an email asking how you can go about updating the name servers for your domain name. Wait around 24 - 72 hours after you have made the changes and your domain should then be pointing to our servers :)
The UK domain is slightly more complicated but by no means impossible. First off some UK domain registers wont allow you to change the name servers so you may be required to move the domain to another registration company who does. Just to name a few who do: http://www.ukreg.com, http://www.123reg.com. Contact the domain registrar or login to their control panel, if you can update the name server records, great! no need to move it to a new company. If not, do a quick transfer to another registrar like the two I listed above, update the name servers and you're done :)
If you register a new domain name with us, we will deal with all this for you.
If you have any further questions you would like to run by us, please let me know :)

Ah, just had this error message when I tried to process my credit card payment.
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'CDBl'
/cgi-v310/payment/new_onlinesale-tpppro-process.asp, line 157
What should I do here?

Let me check for you :) The payment system isn't actually on our servers is it run through a third party company (PaySystems.com).
I will post again with an update in a moment :)

It may just be a temporary glitch with PaySystems.com's gateway to the credit card processor. This happens now and again. If you wait 5 minutes or so then give it another shot. If it still doesn’t work I will raise this issue with a PaySystems.com system administrator ASAP.
Sorry for any inconvenience :)

Since I haven't had an email yet saying that I've been billed, I'm assuming I should try it again.
But I don't want to do that just yet in case I get 2 bills through :(

Nope, nothing has gone through yet. Should 2 payments go through we will simply void one of them before your card is billed, so no need to worry :)
Are you ordering from our UK site?

Yep, I had a look at the earlier post you put up about the domains and had a look around at some other sites where I got some more info, then checked out available .com domains and decided just to go ahead and register one of them with you.

OK, it went through this time.
I'll just need to mind and put in a support ticket once I get confirmation of the account setup.
Cheers for your help.

By the way, I didn't see any mention of it, but I don't suppose you support ChilliSoft ASP, or have any intention of adding support for it in the future would you's?
Only, the guy would designs my webpages for me, prefers it to anything else.
