I would like to know if one (or more) of the domains can be configured to be compatible with a Dynamic DNS service, such as DynDNS.org ?

It sounds as though they want me to have a Static IP on your server, so they can point to it directly. (You would not need to provide me with DNS)
Is that right?

My goal would be somedomain.com where my primary public server would live, with homepc.somedomain.com served by an occasional server on the DSL line.

Is this feasible?

Yes, what you say is feasible. You simply point your domain to our DNS servers and then provide us with the IP for the sub domain homepc.yourdomain.com and we will point that sub domain to the IP address you provide us.
