I've been with Rochen for about a year now and have always been impressed with the prompt response and extra helpfulness of the support team. This weekend, a customer of mine put me in a sticky situation with deadlines and extra hosting space and Rochen once again stepped up to the plate answering my questions, helping me through Rochen procedures and getting what I needed. Thanks so much Chris and Brad for stepping up to the plate and taking a huge weight off of my shoulders in this situation.
