To the gang at Rochen,
I just wanted to tell you guys, and future customers, how much we appreciate the fact that you guys are always on top of things regarding the servers. You keep us customers well informed about what changes, maintainence and upgrades are coming that may affect our service. You are quick to explain things that might have happened beyond your control that may have already affected our service.
It is nice to know that there really are people behind all these machines... people that know and care that we exist.
