Having been with Rochen for over a year, I can honestly say they have the best customer service in the business.
Any and all questions are answered in not only a timely manner, but responses are positive, informative and detailed. (and as a side note - no questions are too small or too big to ask)
My recent experience with a billing issue (with the fault being on my end, not Rochen's) was handled quickly and taken care of in short order, and now with the new services offered in the My Rochen customer control panel, I can keep up with billing, invoices, cc details (updating too), and support trouble tickets all in one place. That is a wonderful thing!
