I'm not one for posting testimonials but then I have not experienced hosting of this calibre before so it's time for me to weigh in.
I have been with Rochen since August, 2005 and I could not be happier.
I have been with several different hosts who all promised the world but of course that attitude never lasted.
Rochen does hosting as it should be done, at least in my experience with them.
If I had to pick just one quality (and picking only one is not easy) that sets Rochen apart from the rest, that would definitely be customer support.
The staff here are very quick to answer questions and help in any way they can and never make me feel like I have asked a stupid question, even though I have asked for help with many, many things that most people would already know how to handle on their own. All the staff at Rochen have bent over backwards to help me and equally important to me, have treated me as a valued customer at all times.
I have been with cheaper hosts and the best way I can summarize this review is by writing "you get what you pay for".
And you couldn't pay me to leave Rochen.
