I have been around with 5 hosting companies over 2 years now with my 5 sites. 4 out of 5 sites are joomla based which cause lot of issues for a hosting company. Most of my old hosts can not handle the support as well as sever resources for my jooma sites. However since I switched to Rochen, everything have been in good control and I saw almost no problem.
The cool guys here (Christopher Adams, Brad Baker...) are extremely quick and helpful, they provide almost instant support and always be right there whenever I need.
I have decided to upgrade to a dedicated sever with Rochen and I believe it is best decision I have ever made.
