Hi,

I have several clients that I am reselling to at another host, and am just not satisfied. I don't have enough control over their accounts, and the fee for reselling is just way too high. Anyways, I had a few questions about reselling, and growth...

1a) Under features, there is "Webmail Access" listed. So for my clients, will they have unbranded (or branded by my company) webmail access?

1b) Will it be webmail.clientswebsite.com, or webmail.myresellerwebsite.com, or something else?

1c) What webmail client is available?

2) Spam assassin is also listed... my current host only offers this on the primary email. Will this work and/or be customizable for each and every POP box?

3) Is it possible to setup mail quotas for the POP boxes?

4) Upgrading options... under this section it says "Option B -
Upgrade to your own fully managed dedicated server"... but no where on the site does it list any prices for dedicated hosting. Do I need to contact your sales dept to ask about this? or can you give any general info here?

I might think of more questions... but these would be a great start.

Thanks,
Kevin

and each individual e-mail account you create within that account is covered also

3) Is it possible to setup mail quotas for the POP boxes?

yep :D, through the reseller control panel

I'll let someone else answer that :) but I think you'd contact someone from sales.

hope that helps for a start..

Currently these are only available to existing customers as an "upgrade" option. Prices start at $249.95 per month + $50 setup fee up to $399.95 per month + $199.95 setup fee.

We will be opening up the fully Managed Dedicated servers to the general public later this year via our new 'Managed Dedicated' (www.manageddedicated.com) brand name.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions :)

That's cool... I signed up for the reseller plan last night... so I am anxiously awaiting my email so I can get started! (oh, I am the unregistered user above, by the way)

Hopefully by the time you guys get the managed dedicated servers going, I might be ready to go that route, but until then I'll do the reselling. Looking forward to a pleasant relationship with your company.

Oh, by the way... can you post some links to some sites that are hosted by you? Some ones that have high forum traffic, and another with lots of images and graphics intensive? I'd like to check them out.

Thanks-
Kevin

Sorry, I can't do that, as it would be breaching our client's privacy. However, if any clients want to share links with you or you find links posted around the forums here, that is fine :)

We will have you setup shortly :)

no problem... I figured you'd say that :)

A good thing, too... I've seen a few other hosts that have replied with sites.

Ok people! Post up... lets see your sites.
