What more can I say... What a difference...
I have just moved from another provider and have been blown away by the speed of response, the amount of communication provided to clients and Rochen's overall professionalism.
I was sceptical at first as I read these testimonials but within a couple of hours of my account being activated (which happened during a UK Bank Holiday - thanks guys, very much appreciated as I was able to start moving accounts straight away! :D ) I was treated to a 15 minute response to a support ticket! The support I received was oustanding and my problem was solved almost immediately.
My previous provider took anything from 4 hours to 2 days to respond! :mad: and the response - after the site being down for 45 minutes - was usually "It is working now!"
