I know I'm just 24 hours into my service with Rochen, but there is no doubt they are one of the best, when it comes to support.

I've made about 6 requests for answers ranging from the basics to really advance stuff and they not only respond almost immediately, but actually do it in that same time.

Other hosts may respond to you, tell you they are working on it, or that they'll get to it. Not here, they actually do what they say. Amazing.

I've used a lot of different hosting control panels, ENSIM, Cobalt Raq, etc. I find WHM and CPanel extremely powerful and more user friendly then the rest.

I did a lot of research in finding my next provider, Rochen was one of the top in all my categories. However, its really hard to judge support in a pre-sale world, but I can tell you now that they are tops in support too.

Simply stated, I'm a happy new customer for Rochen. I'm sure you'll be happy too!

I can definately agree, even before I signed up, I was emailing a sales rep (Martin) with loads of questions, extremely patient and definately won my business. He even went to the lengths of looking through UK2's Terms and conditions to see if it would cost me to change the DNS's on a domain.

I would definately advise and recommend Rochen to anyone, I am even going to take it to my company and see if they want to sign up fora reseller account.

I don't have anything to say that has not been said before. These guys are the best. I never have a problem getting ahold of anyone, getting anything resolved nor experiencing really any problems that I did not bring on myself.

If anyone is looking for a company that is as serious and as concerned about your own site or business as you are of it I recommend these guys with every fiber in my being.

:D Anyone considering joining Rochen should know this.

I have had so much support since joining Rochen and they cannot be faulted in any area. Just, star support from star players, with great knowledge.

Don't delay, sign today, you will be glad you did.

Soon you will be experiencing the same quality of help and dedication that I have received.

I have to add this " I stopped monitoring my websites - All 25 - plus my customer's for the last 12 months .. I am happy to say that all my customer have renewed their accounts without an issue .. needless to say that my websites are producing record sales since I have moved here with minimum down-time .. I am happy"
