Before I bought, I had a number of questions which were answered very promptly by the pre-sales team on email. I went ahead and bought my plan and some domains and set everything up, needing to ask a number of questions along the way. In each case the customer service has been exemplary - I have not waited more than half an hour for a response to any ticket or email, and though some of my questions were at the "well, duh" level, the answers have always been thorough and helpful and never patronising. In short I am very impressed with the quality of service I have received so far - excellent job Rochen! :cool:
