Do you have an online manual?

Some hosts have an online manual that gives specific steps on how to do things (e.g., http://www.xeran.com/selfhelp/ ). Do you have anything like that? I find it's easier to get through the basics to use such a thing rather than fishing around in forums.

BTW, I am impressed by your apparent commitment to customer service. I wish more businesses were like that nowadays.

We have complete documentation for our control panel which covers such topics as adding email accounts, working with cron jobs, information regarding our shopping carts, general CGI help and more.

Very shortly we will also be opening a complete 'knowledge base'. This will have answers to a wide variety of questions which aren't covered in the control panel documentation such as billing issues.

We also have an ever expanding community of customer’s right here on the forum that are generally more than willing to help you with any issues. The forum then builds up, over time to become a large collection of searchable information.
