While I am waiting for my new account to be set up, I thought I would "put my two cents in" on the Forums.
I have been a Reseller Hosting Customer for almost 2 full years, and today, I am adding a Second Account.
I was with my previous host for almost 5 years. Compared to Rochen it was only mediocre service. I "didn't" know it could be soo Much BETTER! And, now that I have found Rochen, I laugh at myself for being soo naively complacent!
There are literally thousands of Web Host out there.... and they all "claim" fantastic uptime and customer support: but, if you take a look at their Forums, (if they even have them!) you will see either "lots of complaints" or "no activity"!
BEWARE of them!
A truly thriving company, that is responsive to their customers, will have an Active Forum - like the one here at Rochen.
Yes, there are complaints... but there are replies, posted expediently, to those problems: They are on top of the situation and they will get it resolved!
I find it so comforting to know that "somebody is listening", no matter what the hour and that they are willing to go get whomever is needed to fix the problem if they can't fix it themselves... open, honest communication counts for so much!
I could go on for pages about all their virtues, but, feel I have taken up enough disk space already....
Rochen is Fantastic!
