Just thought I would ask about how long it might take to get my account set-up.


Maybe a silly question since I just signed up a half hour ago. But, I am anxious to enjoy your services. Also, just thought to see how long it might take you to respond. Too much time in customer service environments, always testing!! Based on the feedback here and from an account holder who refferred me, you guys are the best!

Most accounts are setup in no more than 24 hours, often times much less. I think you will find that the service here is excellent and we have a really good support system not only in the forums but also at the trouble desk.

If you don't hear back from Chris in a few hours post here again and I will see what I can do to move your application along.

So far so good! Fastest reply I've had anywhere for any vertical. Its nice to know you folks appreciate customer service. Quite a rarity these days! If your services execute as well, you may never hear from me again!
