Is it possible with your service to modify the MX record for the domain to point to an IP address. I have a couple of domains where all mail is forwarded to exchange servers at the clients business... --Kirt

Yes, the MX records can be changed :)

Great... I was under the impression that the MX record in CPanel could only be changed to a FQDN and not just an IP address. --K

You are 100% correct, it can only be changed to an FQDN using CPanel. However, we can make the changes to the DNS zone file manually for you so it can point to an IP :)

Since the DNS Zone files are critical to the running of the systems....yes....they have to change it.
